CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Our warehouse team begins processing orders quickly — often within 24 hours. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately with your name and order number.
We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once your package has left our facility.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Processing times are typically between 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours, but during busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size or contents of your order, items may ship separately. If that’s the case, your packages may arrive 1–2 business days apart
